Default Blu-ray recordable specification book

Does anybody know a link or another possibility to access the Blu-Ray specification book for the recordable Blu-Ray with inorganic or organic materials? I’m more interested in the layer structure (thickness, homogeneity, alloys) for inorganic or in the dye properties for a organic ones!

Thank you in advance!
