So someone is suing the famous Director for Kill Bill. Dannez Hunter claims that he submitted a story about a character named Ren, who later became the famous O'Ren Ishii in Kill Bill.

We have the intersection between famous people and crazy people to thank for no small amount of entertainment. Take the lawsuit filed by Dannez Hunter, who claims that in 1999 he submitted a story treatment to Miramax about a character named Ren. Hunter claims that Ren became O-Ren Ishii in Kill Bill, and that Quentin Tarantinostole elements of his treatment, including the specific manner of murder of Ren’s mother.

But it gets better, because Hunter also applied for a job at Miramax, and was, ahem, “never given a return phone call, as numerous similar situated less qualified Jewish and White people were bestowed job after job after job.” He wants a bag full of money, in part because whites and jews got all the royalties from Kill Bill.

Greed at its best.

I find it hard to believe that this Hunter guy used the words about Whites and Jews getting the royalties, but stranger things have happened.

I mean there was the whole Sofia/Sophia Stewart thing.

Not a good way to start legal proceedings when your using racist language against people your about to sue. Good way to ensure it gets thrown out of court.

It's no secret though that hollywood has people of jewish origin in powerful positions within the film industry but not a good way to state you were discriminated against by using that languag.
