My Collection Title Duplication Problem???

Is anyone else having the problem where every time a title is added to the "My Collection", it adds every single release of that title from other countries as well? It has been doing this for me recently, and is a relatively new phenomenon, and I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue. For example, I added the US release of 500 Days Of Summer to my collection, and it all of a sudden adds the german release, the UK release etc. This has only been happening in the last few months, so I don't know if its a site setting, or something I'm doing wrong... Thanks for your input.
