Warner Bros is developing a live action Bleach movie. Not sure what to think It can't be worse then DB: E but Bleach is not a movie for live action adaption.

I can't truly see how they could move that to live action and make it look good and not silly. I suppose if it does happen I would see it but I have a hard time picturing it right now

I really hope you aren't one of the people who complains about Goku being white. Cause I am so sick of hearing this! If they can play the part, who freaking CARES?

That said... this movie can't be good, regardless of who plays Ichigo...

Goku's character isn't Japanese or American so for him it really wouldn't matter as long as the person looks like a Goku(though could of used longer hair in Evolution).

But yeah this movie is most likely going to suck.

Moonphase I've been an anime fan for over 20 years but I've never heard of Magna, what is it?

That said Bleach sucks and so this movie will also.

A bit simple but manga = comic books...almost every anime started as a manga.

Honestly, I don't really care about any specific Asian character being played by a white actor, but it does upset me when all of them are played by white actors. As an Asian male myself, I'm pretty disappointed with how under-represented we are in media. It's like we don't even exist, and that does bother me.

Yeah a mod or somebody edited the title of the thread and misspelled manga. Don't think I can edit it though.

I would like too see Ali Larter in the Bleach movies as Rongikiu. Nicolas Cage would make an good Aizen and Shia LaBeouf as GrimmJow.
