Ok let's have it whats a couple/few of your favorite Action/special affects scenes from blu movies.

1. Plane crash scene in "Knowing"
2. Mustang dear hunt scene beginning of "I'm Legend"
3. Plane crash scene in "Castaway"

Just to name a few

Chase scene in the Dark Knight.
I also love the scene on the freeway in Transformers.

The Chase scene in Bad Boys 2 (whenever that get's released on Blu). I'm sure it will not disappoint.

Forest scene in Transformers ROTF is tops for me. The cave scene in Iron Man is probably second.

I hate to be that guy, but "Watchmen" is one of my favorite books (and movies) - it's the "COMEDIAN," not the Joker. Agreed on that scene though and even though I don't like the movie that much, the forest scene in ROTF was badass.

The airplane/shuttle rescue in Superman Returns is one of my favorites of course. Great visual effects, music, and sound effects. Definitely my "go to" demo. The campus scene in Incredible Hulk is one I also use quite often to show people the power of Blu-Ray.

The L.A. escape in 2012 is great as well for being a good demo scene.

Gunfighting scenes throughout "Wanted"
Pretty much the entire last half-hour of "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen"
Paris chase scene in "GI Joe: Rise of the Cobra"
Any CGI-animated film.

Everything else is good too.

LOL I agree that plane crash seems very much like it would IRL. The sound of the engines throttling back right before it hits makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up!

#1 Blu Ray action Scene HAS to be the FOREST FIGHT in Transformers ROTF, IMAX edition of course.

I have not come across a better looking action sequence on blu yet!
