Default Workout 'Phones

I could have sworn I already posted this, but could not find it anywhere.

Anyway, I think my current Philips/Nike Around the Ear 'phones are on their last leg. The right ear piece is crackling and cutting in and out during use. After three years, I'm quite pleased with their performance. The biggest issue I had was fit. Other then the around the ear "hook," the ear piece was basically a stock iPod ear piece. If it wasn't for the "hook" these would never have worked for me.

The stock iPod ones have never fit in my ear. They either hurt and dug in, or just didn't sit well. Either way, after a few seconds on the treadmill, they are falling out.

I'm looking for something that sounds good, feels comfortable, and can take a beating. I would use these primarily for for treadmill/track use (typically at least 3 miles at a time), so they would need to withstand sweat and vibrations. I also lift some weights, but for the most part, this part of my work out is not my biggest concern.

I'm not sure if another around the ear concept is best or something more along the in-ear style. I don't think over the head would be good at all based on my usage. Also, I'm not sure of a budget. I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars but would consider anything up to $100, I guess.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. All suggestions will be taken into strong consideration.
