Default Lady of the house discussion thread. (Seth MacFarlane)

Hey,

A 4th animated sitcom is in plan for Fox and Seth Macfarlane. This one will be called:

LADY OF THE HOUSE

Quote:
As we've previously reported, a fourth animated sitcom from Seth MacFarlane is planned for Fox. According to Fox Insider (via TV.com) it will be called Lady of the House and will have a Family Guy connection:-

Called "Lady of the House", the show, set in southern Michigan, will center around Greta, a single mother, head of the Miller family, and the "trials and tribulations" she must go through as she begins to come to terms with single life. Her husband, Davis, reportedly leaves her in an early episode for a character in Family Guy. We currently don't know which character, but we've been told that Davis will then permanently move to Spooner St. and will feature in multiple episodes.

Alex Borstein (Lois in Family Guy) will be the voice of Greta Miller; her character will have three children, two of them being twins, and of course expect there to be a family pet (this is one of Seth's shows).

Alex Borstein and Gary Janetti are developing the show which is planned to air on Fox during the 2011/2012 season.

So what do you guys think of this latest revelation? Is it one show too many or has it got you really excited? Oh, and there's clearly some very clever marketing going on here with the Family Guy tie-in using the new character Davis!
Could it be an April's fools day news?

Enjoy.
