USA TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON Soundtrack (Which Artists Should Appear / Return)

Feel free to list your choice of Artists / Bands who should Appear / Return in TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON.

Please, Don't Forget To Vote

(Other bands from the previous two soundtracks not listed in Poll: The All-American Rejects, Armor for Sleep, Cavo, Cheap Trick, The Frey, The Goo Goo Dolls, H.I.M., Hoobastank, Idiot Pilot, Julien-K, MuteMath, Staind, Smashing Pumpkins, Styles & Beyond, and Theory of a Deadman)

In 2007, TRANSFORMERS hit theaters without any commotion. In 2009, TRANSFORMERS: Revenge of the Fallen had theoretically fell victim to the “Writers Strike,” accounting for a bad script, while watching an incredible display of bad acting, and in 2011, after two months into production, TRANSFORMERS 3 will have to fight off criticism to “Casting Changes” and rewrites to its script; Nevertheless, Michael Bay and Co. will yet again have to out-produce and out-direct themselves from another movie embarrassment or disaster. Either way, Hasbro, Paramount, Michael Bay, and Steven Spielberg can't make everyone happy at once. It will take several creative ideas to come together that will touch all generations.

LATEST : Linkin Park Single

Brought To You By: SOME KIND OF AWESOME.com
Iridescent(<--- just click to listen) by Linkin Park seems to be the "Fan Favorite" during their latest concert shows, but for me, I haven't been a fan of "A THOUSAND SUNS" to this day and I believe that "Blackout," or even "Robot Boy" would have been better choices for the final installment of a TRANSFORMERS sequel, or better yet, a completely new song... similar to that of "New Divide," which I fell was a better afterthought for TF2 than what Iridescent is for TF3.

Here Are A Few Songs I've Come Across That May Be Pretty Good,
For A Possibly, Very Good Movie :

Bad Company - Five Finger Death Punch

Let It Roll - Velvet Revolver

Far From Over - Rev Theory

War & Peace - Godsmack

Final Moment - The Veer Union

Hurricane - 30 Seconds To Mars
Linkin Park Single

The Catalyst (<--- just click to listen) by Linkin Park seems to be a big LETDOWN for me and I'm left wondering... Has Linkin Park LOST that Rockin' / Rhythmic / Electric Sound and Collaboration Between Mike Shinoda & Chester Bennington? Sounds to me like Rick Rubin maybe TOO involved with the generation of their sound as compared to how Bob Rock was with Metallica, IMO.

If The Catalyst is any indication of what A THOUSAND SUNS will sound like, then, MINUTES TO MIDNIGHT was my last straw.

METEORA (for me) will forever be LINKIN PARK

Linkin Park has been on both so far with the lead single. It would kinda be stupid for them not to have the lead single on the 3rd.

This is being stated regardless of anyone's opinion of Linkin Park.....nobody cares. So please keep from the "Linkin Park sucks...I'm tired of them being on the soundtrack...they ruin the movie...blah blah blah" comments.

Linkin Park and Green Day should definitely make a return, and maybe Gorillaz should make an appearance in the next soundtrack .

I really liked the Linkin Park tracks in both of the movies.
Hopefully they'll return for the 3rd movie aswell.

These movies have such terrible music compared to the Twilight series. I'm not a big Twilight fan, but, thus far, those films have included new music by Beck, the Black Keys, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Death Cab for Cutie, Florence + the Machine, the Killers, Muse, OK Go, Thom Yorke, Vampire Weekend, etc.

As for the third Transformers, they should enlist classier bands. I realize there is a need to stay high-energy and, to an extent, mainstream, but still. Send out feelers to Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters, Metallica, Muse, Pearl Jam, Queens of the Stone Age, the Raconteurs, the Strokes, U2, Weezer--see if any are willing to donate a previously unreleased cut or even license one of their older, popular songs.

I guess Linkin Park. Kind of hard to imagine a Transformers movie without them.

Personally, I think that it is AWESOME that Cheap Trick did the theme on the last soundtrack. I'd love to see them do another song for part 3.

But anyways, Linkin Park pretty much has to be on there. Their songs go hand in hand with the films now and they actually fit very well IMO.

I know who I wouldn't want to return... *cough* Linkin Park *cough* But, I would to see Disturbed to make the tracklisting again. This Moment was a great song.

I would love a Halestorm song on there and maybe a Hail The Villian song. There many bands that I think can fit this movie.
