Restrepo...new Afghan War film coming out. - Blu-ray Forum

It's called Restrepo. It's about a fire base that was built in the Korengal Valley in Afghanistan named after the first soldier killed in this particular platoon.

This is actually a documentary-style film, because it's real stuff. Not dramatized at all. It's basically the Afghan version of Gunner Palace.

No official trailer out yet, but Apple Movie Trailers has a page on it with an "Info" trailer about it.

Restrepo is showing in my area. I really want to see this but have to wait for a buddy's wife to give him some time off. Has anyone seen it yet?
