I'd love to see this, still haven't seen [REC] though, and there's no BD release yet. Although I know about the Spanish one and German one...
Might pick up the [REC] dvd someday and wait for a UK [REC] BD release.

It would be nice if we could get [.REC] first.

My thoughts exactly.

I haven't even watched it because we don't have a release but have heard very good things.

Maybe they'll release a double pack?

I really enjoyed the first one, i got it on DVD ages back, but if it got a Blu-ray release over here i'd probably get it.

I would have thought they'll release it here at some point (maybe at the same time), as [REC] is being released now in some other places with [REC] 2.

viewed the spanish import this week, such a great film. one of the best horror sequels i've had the pleasure of viewing. if you loved part 1, part 2 is some serious pay off. 3 and 4, i so hope they're good!

Yeah, I was just about to ask this. I have Quarrantine, but not Rec on blu. I wonder if I need to see the original before seeing 2, or Quarantine close enough.

Just seen it and while not as good as the first, it still manages to piss all over Hollywood's horror sequels and remakes.

Just need the original on Blu-ray now!

Nice one. All we need now is the original, after all, its available in France, Spain and Germany. Why not a UK release?

Who actually has the rights to the original?

We should inundate them with emails and letters!

We got a great UK release of the original REC on DVD (I have the 2 disc SE). I just can't understand why there is no UK BD, it makes no sense.

I'd be more than happy to buy the Spanish BD if it wasn't so pricey.

Meehan, it's "Contender Home Entertainment"

Edit: I've just googled them, seems they are now owned by these folks...
