Default The old TMNT trilogy

Anyone think we'll see the old turtles films on BD? (Seeing as they actually come before the new one that has just been released?)

I ask this because as far as I know the old films were released by New Line. And they are Blu-Ray aren't they?

It would have been awesome to see a nice priced trilogy pack with the new animated move release. I bet that will happen when TMNT 2 comes out.

Yes, that would be cool - then I could get rid of my LaserDisc version!

Well they did mention on here that Hairspray was going to be in Blu-ray even though it doesnt have a release date yet but i think new line is just kind of waiting to see the progress between blu-ray and hd-dvd. But if they go for Blu-ray then yes the old TMNT live action movies will in fact be on blu-ray but that will probably be next year

I got a checkdisc of Turtles 2 and 3 DVD

Man turtles 2 was worse than I remembered, and I'd never seen 3, nor will I see it again

Hell we're still waiting for an anamorphic TMNT 1

New Line is both HD DVD and BD. And yes, Ninja Turtles are awesome.
