Please clarify Posting Guidelines: When a New User is allowed to post...

A suggestion from a user who just joined the forum (me ;-) )...

Your rules are fine; but it would be great if you had a "sticky" posting describing clearly for new users when they are able to post in certain forums.

It seems to me that I'm able to reply to postings but not make new posts in most forums... it's unclear exactly what the rules are in this regard.

There is a posting that describes the number of posts and status; eg. Jr. Member, Expert, etc. However, this doesn't make it clear to users like me when exactly I can post in certain forums.

I'd love a "sticky" post that said: 10 posts required to post in forums other than such and such forums.

I think clarifying in that way would be perfect.
