Blu-ray cases (2-disc variety)

I'm currently replacing some of my SD DVDs with blu-rays and, in the instances where the blu-ray release has not ported over all the extras, I'd prefer to keep the DVD containing the "extras" while selling off the DVD containing just the movie.

In an attempt to keep my movie collection as complete as possible as well as organized, I've been searching the internet (ebay, etc.) for bulk blu-ray cases that will hold two discs (movie blu-ray plus the "extras" SD DVD) but have only come across the single disc variety. Does anyone know if these are available for purchase yet?
