That is indeed a slip cover for the Amaray version.

Very nice i have the HK version. so this taiwan version is also region B on Disc 1 so that makes this and the HK version region B compatible. all the others arent

Says Region A,B,C (Disc 2 and 3). Available at JSDVD but is pricey.
