"The Exorcist" US Digibook edition - please Help

I need to know is there a non didibook US version of excorcist or is it only released as a digibook in US? I am confused because I purchased one from Ebay US but later I have doubt that maybe its not the Digbook. So I emailed the seller but he is not replying. What should I do? This is the version I purchased:

Now I dont know if its a Digibook or not? What I should do in this regard that the Seller is not answering should I contact Ebay?

Ps: I didnt buy from Amazon because its asking for a $13 shipment to my country!

I think the UK edition is in a regular case, as I understand it the US release is only in Digibook.

That looks like a Digibook to me that you bought. Walmart has an exclusive non-Digibook version, but it only has the Director's cut. And yes, the UK version is non-Digibook as well.

I beleive Wal-mart sold a bare bones 1 disc with the extended version of the film in it. It was a crap release compared to the digibook which had both versions of the film and all the information contained in the inlay.

But the answer to your question is yes, Walmart had one. But I would HIGHLY recommend the digibook.

Thanks a lot guys for your replies. I need to know one more thing that how I deal with this seller now. He is not answering any of my questions and now I read his feedback and more then 300 people complaining that he is very unprofessional and donot send the blu rays or most of the times send it very late.

I have made the payment and I need to know that whether or not my BD is shipped yet. Should I contact Ebay in this regard or wait?

Yeah, it sounds like you don't have many choices besides to just keep the thing, or you can try contacting Ebay. He's probably just avoiding you because you told him there was a problem with the order.

If I understand your post correctly, you haven't received the item yet. You may want to wait and see what you end up receiving as it could be the digibook.

Although the seller may have 300 people complaining you have to put that into perspective. The seller had over 18500 sales during that same 6 month time period. You'll also have to account for the percentage of folks that claim to not have received an item even when they actually did receive it. Roughly, 100 individual orders a day is quite a lot of work if the seller is one individual. Not trying to defend the seller but it may explain why it's taking the seller awhile to get back to you (it's only been a total of 7 hours between your first and last post so the seller may be away from the computer at the moment; given the seller a reasonable amount of time to respond back to your question).

Thanks a lot for the detailed reply. I like what u said. I should wait and give him a chance. But I think that he is not going to answer as I found from his feedback. Just wanna know for how many days should I wait before mentioning it to ebay? A week or more?

Just got this email from Ebay that the BD has been shipped today.
Fingers crossed that what will I recieve

Got it yesterday and its a Digibook and was very well packed by the Seller. Now I am happy lol
