A quick note that Cameron Crow's nostalgic Almost Famous is set to be released in Finland on September 26th. Apparently Dreamworks Pictures are under Sony's distro umbrella in Finland.

ive heard a lot of dreamworks are coming out on blu-ray in finland. if this is true, toshiba really wasted a bunch of money, because we are still going to get the dreamworks moviess.

Are you f'ing kidding me? I love that movie and hoped it would come to Blu Ray. Is there a way to set the language to English or order in American Dollars? I'd buy this in a heartbeat!

I may be entirely wrong, and I probably am, but all of the press releases I saw on the deal specifically said Paramount and DREAMWORKS ANIMATION. Does this still include regular Dreamworks? I love Almost Famous, it'd be a definite buy on BD.

Well, that is not a problem, I will let you know how to order from Finland (I've bought before regular DVDs and had them shipped to Chicago).

For those who don't want to go through a Finnish site perhaps you could email CD-WOW and request that they carry these specific Blu-Ray(s). They are very approachable and have stocked plenty of Scandinavian releases (Danish, Swedish, etc).

I was just watching this movie over the weekend! Must own! Of course the question is, is this the "Untitled" version?
