United Kingdom Cliffhanger audio

I've seen this available at HMV for £6.79 and am tempted to pick it up. However, I've read various info on the internet stating that when it was first released on Blu-Ray there were audio issues (ie I believe that the rear speakers were reversed). Does anyone know if this has been rectified?

Thanks.

Default Cliffhanger Audio

Hi Both

This might be a little late(!) but I tested the Dolby Digital 5.1 track and it was perfect. I can't speak for the DTS track, I'm afraid, but happy to test...

Well, not sure why thou my audio system should be fine (tested with DTS HD-MA) but I can not hear the reversed audio problem - everythings sounds like it should when I played the opening scene with the helicopter? Then I watched one scene where airplane is located at the right and flying forward and its sound begins from right surround and ends in right front as it should.

My Cliffhanger BD is from the "Stallone Collection".

Be awared that atleast the individual release might still have the reversed audio problem. And because the discs never got recalled it is quite difficult to know if the disc is from a new or old batch, but the new batch has different coding on the disc (checked by myself, then sold the individual disc).
