Yes you certainly are. I would ask why, but it's obvious by the title of the thread you're not a SW fan.

Yea i found these movies to be a little to no offense to anybody "dorkish" for my likings.. however i did like Darth Maul, he was pretty badass for his total of 20min screentime

Well you need to change your stupid poll to not be so biased. The poll only leads one direction.

I won't be getting it either. I could buy it, and let it sit on my shelf unwatched, just to say it's "in my collection." Not going to do that though.

I'm trying to start buying only those movies that I'll definitely watch more. Machete is a good example. If this came out last year, I definitely would have bought it (with the mindset I had). I had more of "blu fever."

Just trying to spend my money more wisely now after a few disappointed blind buys. I will rent Machete THEN possibly buy if I like it.

Actually, voted for "never liked Star Wars". ha ha. Just wasn't/isn't my thing. Same goes for Star Trek (the 2009 movie). I really wanted to like it. I loved the PQ, but as the story goes, just not for me. My wife felt like she wasted 2 hours of her life watching it

No, I'm sure you're not the only one. Everyone has different tastes and while Star Wars is mega-popular, there are many people that wouldn't pay money for it. Just like many people have no desire to own Avatar, in spite it being a huge hit.

Can we combine this with the "Who hasn't seen twilight" thread, they are both at equal levels of stupid.

yes...yes you are. neh, in all seriousness i get that Star Wars isn't for everyone but for most its one of those "what dreams are made of" kind of series of films

its timeless in its tale of a young man faced with a great destiny. the sense of adventure and comraderie is what makes it so interesting IMO.

some little boys wanna be the star football player when they grow up...i wanted to be Luke Skywalker

No you are not the only one. Others that will not buy it:

1. Those who do not buy movies
2. Those who do not buy Blu-rays
3. One4Deuce (Blu-ray.com user)

Probably not. I doubt I will ever buy it. Nothing against the film. I enjoy the original three, but I'm just not that big a fan of them.

You'll be one of a select few.

I'm interested to see how many people buy into the format because of this release, and a few others rumored. Going to be an interesting 4Q this year.
