Amazon.DE ships to the U.S. You are most likely trying to buy from their marketplace. In that case, third party sellers do not ship to the U.S.

I looked back...yes, I chose one steel book in the order from a seller it was a few euros cheaper

I have not seen the Austrian disc, but the German one is definitely a decent package.
