That's why it's a PRE-ORDER boxset. It's a Collector's Edition that you buy before the movie comes out in cinemas.
They did the same for TRON: Legacy and the inclusion of two movie tickets and a giftcard to get the combo down the line made it worth it. Plus, there's a slot in the set for the BD, so it'll all fit nicely.

Looks nice. I don't understand why FNAC is releasing a box set for the movie before it hits the cinemas. Didn't they do the same thing with Tron?

It's a way to ensure people will buy the BD at their store by selling it to them before the movie comes out.
The cinema tickets are a real incentive. Seeing as for the TRON: Legacy boxset, I got two of those. With the movie being in 3D, I saved about 15€.

Makes sense. Do these editions sell very well?

TRON was sold out before the release. It was limited to 1500 pieces nationwide.

If anyone needs help in getting one of those, I'll be more than happy to help.

The price tag is a little high. Think the cinemas here in the US will accept those movie tickets?

There's a discount for FNAC members isn't there? Tron was 90 euros, but you received 50 euros voucher back, so in effect it was 40 euros....

edit: answered my own question, there is a 50 euro voucher for FNAC members, which makes this 50 euros in effect.

Not a bad price then for Watchmen, 300 and then Sucker Punch when released.
