I downloaded the demo and I thought it was really good. The animations are good and gameplay was fun! I did not know all the controls, but I am sure with time I would be able to play a little better. The demo started off as if you were going for a penalty kick, and then you could play now for 4 min halfs and Manchester United and a spanish team I cant remember the name. not sure why the other poster said there was 7 teams, I think there is more teams in the final game. Over all the game runs smooth and for any Football/Soccer fan, they will love it.

there is gonna be a ton of teams on the actual game. i think just about every league is in it. the gameplay to me was solid. great graphics, just mess around with the camera angles a bit. dynamic 2 was perfect for me. i thought it had the best soccer play of the fifas so far (been playing since it was on the genesis). hell, im gonna buy it

PS3 is the lead dev platform for this title-- so it's in 60fps and should run pretty well. 360 had the rights for all MLS soccer games the last 2 years I believe, so this is the first shot at it on PS3. It ran pretty well, but the graphics weren't that great and the overall gameplay didn't feel TOO much stronger than the latest PS2 game.

However, the PS2 game was great fun, and no gameplay mechanics would need to be reworked. In regards to the graphics, the models of the players look pretty good, and they match the real players quite accurately IMO. I only played a game and a half, but those were my initial thoughts.

If you like soccer, it's worth it.

I downloaded and played it for a bit, but I just cannot believe how EA can concentrate more on the "looks" of the game rather than on gameplay! the feel of the game was ok it was not something out of this world it felt similar to the last installment with a few added moves here and there. EA needs to ask Konami for a few pointers! I will be skipping this title as I am greatly disappointed.

I downloaded the demo, and spent about an hour playing it.
Nice looks on into videos and such, but I'm not over impressed with the in-game gfx.

Also, it just didnt feel right.. I dont know why.. it's more then likely that im used to pro evo.

I have not bought a FIFA game since 2003, and this year will be no different.

Pro Evo 7 (or 2008) will be king.

Not a huge fan of football games, but last I read was that this years PES was virtually identical to last years (they've added an option to dive! Great, nice to see clean sportsmanship promoted...) but that this years Fifa is better than last years.

I've downloaded it but not played it yet.
