In this instance, bigger is definitely better

That said Imageshack is not behaving itself at the moment though, so what you have there is au naturel...

Yes, but the page takes a little longer to load for those with a slower connection and when scolling down the page does lag quite a bit.

Eh, I don't care for the cover. Why can't they just use the poster art. Hopefully this will either be region free or a US release will be announced soon.

The DVD was cut for horse falls so I'll be surprised if its uncut

Yet the cut footage appeared in one of the extras, I believe.

The sex scene with the witch was also cut. Not that I'm particulary bothered by this but the cuts during the battle scenes do noticably detract the flow of the film. Besides the Argento films have been passed uncut and they featured actual animal killing, not just falls. Not doubt Fox won't bother with any sort of appeal though - unless a 1900 (Novacento) esq barrel of complaints are forwarded to them which they will release in about a year.

If it is to be uncut it would be a day one.

I've e-mailed Fox to find out whether or not Conan will be cut/uncut.

Of course the US release will be announced soon. The problem is it's a Universal release.

Hate the blue tinge to the cover. Just because something is out on Blu-Ray, doesn't mean everyone suddenly loves the colour.

Why they don't just put a cardboard blue sleeve over the top and leave the normal cover alone? Not been three quid should tell the average consumer this aint a DVD!

Oh my God, I never new this was cut in the UK. This is insane !
I hope it will be now uncut, I don't see any reason for the cuts that are made. Unbelievable. I want this so bad on Blu-ray....but only uncut !

Brief cuts were made to the film by the BBFC to scenes depicting cruelty to horses. It was inexcusable in the 1980s to still be using trip wires to bring horses down. The American Humane Association rightly condemned the film for that reason.

Barbarian is great...but I certainly can't say the same for Destroyer or Red Sonja. I will probably buy the US release, can't see this being uncut in the UK...the horse tripping moment is rather extreme (to say the least).
