Default Is there going to be a new free movie promotion after Sept 30?

So the current free 5 movies expires on Sept 30th. So i was wondering if there was going to be a new promotion that starts up because I am planning on buying Samsung's new 2400(i think thats the one) when it launches in Oct and would love some new free movies.

any thought?

It's a mail-in offer. To get the free disks, get the order form from www.bluraysavings.com/index_ca.html and follow the instructions.

I thought they were planning on bundling Spider Man 3 with all Blu-Ray Players once Spider Man 3 is released. I think they should mimic Toshiba and bundle a Warner title to, becuase isn't Toshiba bundling in 300 and some Bourne crap in their players in the next few months?

Since I just sent in my stuff for the current offer, I can guarantee that the next one will be better.

You're not going to get a lot of great titles in any freebie thing. That's why it's a freebie, to move slower selling discs

Specifically, the only reason we GOT the freebies in the first place was to try and remedy the terror and panic misinformed mainstream customers had of buying Blu players before BD-J Standards day, and why they were publicly refusing to walk into a Best Buy before then.
(Uh, you did notice why the offer was no longer valid in October? )

After that point, it was assumed, everything would be "normal", HD would be even further gone, and it was safe for the holiday hardware-buying season to go ahead and crush HD out of existence.
So, we might see another one, but given how many suckers we ended up getting for the un-standardized firmware-needed players...

Don't discount this. The Bourne books and movies have a big following. Something to keep an eye on. It takes a lot of my own will-power to resist this temptation.

Kind of negative view point don't you think?

Default I thionk the promotion goes on

I work in a retail store, and I asked the Samsung rep. She didn't want to give a yes/no answer, but she did say they will have some type of promotion that will last till the holiday season.
