We need "Lemony Snicket's:A Series of Unfortunate Events" on BD!!!

I think Lemony Snicket's is a perfect candidate for the BD treatment, as it features great visuals, and fantastic sound design. On top of it, it is funny and has Jim Carrey giving a superbly wacky performance as the one and only Count Olaf!

Even on DVD it looked awesome on my 28inch screen.
The BD could be pure reference, and we need some COMEDIES on BD!!!

I want a 2disc special edition, just like Minority Report, with as many bonus features in HD as possible.

Please release this movie on Blu-ray already!!!!

Well, Paramount's with you, they almost released it on HDDVD.
(And featured it in their hi-def ads.)

As for why it's taking so danged long (apart from the fact that it's Paramount), could be the reason that Warner took so danged long on "Excalibur"--
The print deserves better than HDDVD, and they haven't gotten around to tweaking the remaster from scratch.

Well, they'd better hurry doing it right!

If they are taking the time to get it right, then fine, but I am quite sure they had a very fine DI for this film, which could be used to create the BD, right!?

Anyway, I can't wait to see it in full HD.

The flower popping open always looked like 3-D already.

I was also checking to see if this was available yet on blu the other day so i guess it's not.I would love to have this on blu with a nice 7.1 audio and top notch transfer.I think this is one of jim's best movie's and i definitly deserves the blu treament

Yeah, that guy is a freaking chameleon!

The kids were great too. The whole story is simply terrific.
I LOVED seeing him do the T-Rex he once did at the MTV movie awards.
It was such a laugh out loud moment. I almost fell off my couch.
