If you don't mind searching for or asking about free apps that do most if not all of the same things, it's probably not worth it. If it's convenience you're after it may be worth it.

I want to Rip a personal DVD to my PS3 w/o purchasing the Datel Max Media Mangager Pro. Is it possible?
