DealsR4theDevil Power Member Member since:Sep 2007 Trading Score:76	PS3 reballing service I have been reading that "reballing" your PS3 is a more permanent solution to the YLOD and you can have it done without any data loss. I could be wrong, I only have a rudimentary understanding of the process. Can anyone confirm this? Does anyone have any experience getting this done? Can anyone recommend a place or a good method for finding a place that can handle this well? I called a local repair shop and i was told there is no "permanent fix." He said he would be willing to take a look for free and maybe fix it long enough to transfer the data to a new PS3. I kinda think thats the same thing my friend can do for me though .... I dont know what I should do, i just want my data recovered, i dont mind buying a new ps3
