The Prestige disc spots

My brother watched The Prestige Blu-Ray last night and I was putting it away and I noticed a good amount of specs on the disc that are circular and brownish. I remember seeing a thread about this movie a long time ago about disc rot. I think mine is starting to do just that since I got the Prestige when it was released and I heard that the first batch had some chemical that made the disc do that. So I just call BVHE and they are sending me a replacement disc for the one I have. I doubt this will happen with a new copy of the Prestige or any other Blu-Ray and I am 100% it is only an isolated instance to the first batch of The Prestige. The bad thing I have to send them my copy first but they are sending me a prepaid package and then they'll mail me a new Blu-Ray of The Prestige. BTW I got my copy from Best Buy.
