Warner Bros. Japan release. Disc 1 is the Theatrical and Disc 2 is the extended. Comes with a DVD and a Digital Copy (likely a downloadable version).

Also comes with 2 other external bonuses. One of them is either a mini artbook or alternate digibook packaging, and the second is 1 of 5 random image cards.

Does not appear to be a retailer exclusive.
