Two Minor Problems

My first issue is that the picture in the "My profile" box on my community profile page is an old avatar that I am no longer using. I have signed in and out and I have changed my avatar back and forth trying to get it to change, but nothing has happened. Can someone fix it to reflect my current avatar?

My second issue is stupid, but I figured I'd never know if it can be fixed unless I asked. I posted it in the "New features and site improvements" thread two days ago, but haven't gotten a response.

My account is on Pacific time. So my posts say the correct time to me, but when I update a movie in my collection as "Watched," and enter in exactly when I watched it, I have to enter it 2 hours ahead of the actual time in my time zone in order to get it to say the correct amount of hours and minutes ago that I actually watched the blu. Can this be fixed to allow me to be able to enter in the actual time where I am?
