its been 2 months and still no movies is there any way i can contact anyone to see whats goin on??? im worried

They have had my rebate now for 2 months as well. I have talked to a CSR 2 times now and they keep telling me "its in process". They also said it could take up to 4 weeks to process the order. They told me they recived my rebate on the 23rd of July and its now been 2 months. This is REALLY pissing me off. I have the number to call and talk to a CSR 1-800-598-9671. Hope it works out for ya.
