Russia The Dreamers - Bertolucci

Hi folks,

it seems that Bertolucci's "The Dreamers" have just been released in Russia :

http://www.kniga.ru/dvd/817288

as far as I know this is the first release ever of "The Dreamers" on blu-ray.
I've seen nothing so far announced in France, UK, US or Germany...

I would like to know if someone already bought it and how the picture quality is.

- first, the existential question : is it the uncut version ?

- are the Russian subtitles removable on the English soundtrack ?

- according to some web site (I haven't been able to find a test of this blu-ray) it is announced as region A-B-C : could you please confirm it is not region C locked ?

from what I've been able to find :

Format: Blu-ray (PAL) (Keep case)
Distributor: Carmen Video
Regional Code: A, B, C
Number of layers: BD-25 (1 layer)
Subtitles: Russian
Sound Track:
Voice-Over Russian Dolby Digital 5.1
Voice-Over Russian DTS-HD 5.1
English DTS-HD 5.1
English Dolby Digital 5.1
Image Format: 1080p High Definition 16:9
2003, 110 min. , United Kingdom - Germany - Italy - USA
Recorded Picture Company - Art film

if the 110 min announced is accurate, then it would match with the uncut version.
But there has been some strange things in the cut of the film: for example in Italy they have removed on the DVD all the scene where Eva Green is cooking the ratatouille. Those who have seen the film know that this scene is very innocent ... So is it the French lobbying of French cuisine patrimoine which forced the cuts in the Italian version to avoid giving a disastrous image of French cuisine?? (as far as I'm concerned she can serve me a dish like that everytime she wants )
