we DEFINITELY needs to keep up-to-date with HD DVD news to make sure we're doing enough to support BD and what the enemies are up to.
I picked Hi-def forum and hddvd.com
beware, some hd dvd news can make you laugh

I don't purposely go looking for it, it just always comes up in the BD news anyway. So I voted no.

I pretty much ignore all of the HD DVD editorial stuff. If I wanted to read fiction, I would open up Lord of the Rings.

Default I try too

I always try to keep up to date on both formats, after all I sell both Blu and HD-DVD players.

We always get stuff to read and training on both formats; however, I feel I know a bit more about Blu cause they do a better marketing job, the trailer plays all day where I work, and most of the reps (Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, etc...) are all Blu supporters.

I also try to learn stuff on my own, usually from technology/computer magazines, forums, websites, etc...

It's always good to know what's going on with my favorite format (Blu), and also trying to understand why some people like HD-DVD.

I think a man should be kept well informed. One cannot be well informed if, like most HD DVD supporters, he sticks his head in the sand and hope what he does not see won't affect him

trust me, not all of them. I was surprised the first time reading news for HD DVD as well after a long time keeping up to date with BD only

I don't seek it out. It's thrust upon me either here or whenever I do a news search for "Blu-Ray". I could really care less though, I don't own the format and chances are I won't like the story.

Voted "No"

Anything and so much more that I could ever want to know (or not) about hd-dvd makes its way to threads on this forum.

Know your enemy. Study them, observe their movements. Swift, silent, and umm..digital!

But seriously, yes I do watch all manner of the format war. You need to know what is going on to be able to have an unbiased approach. If the only reason you like blu-ray is because someone else told you to, then that's not a really good answer.
When you are asked by other people about what is better about blu than hd-dvd you should be able to spout out new information, not old outdated info. If you sound intelligent and unbiased you are much more likely to sway them than just saying, "cause blu is better". Although it is, you need proof!

If you can comment on recent news about one format or the other, whether positive or negative, it is much better than saying, well 2 years ago.. IMO
