Default Possible Contents of Harry Potter Complete Set

I couldn't find a thread on this yet, so I made one.

What do you guys think will be in the complete set on Blu when it's released this holiday season? What kind of packaging/versions will there be?

I will be simply getting the normal box set edition. I don't feel like paying more than I have to for just extra stuff. However, for the huge fans, I wouldn't be surprised if a whole replica of Hogwarts with the Blu-Rays inside came out.

I'm liking a larger version of the trunk from 1-5, like Harry's trunk in the station scenes, with tons of discs, prop replicas, and bonus content!

this speculation belongs in wish list - and with a question mark in the thread title.

probably don't need to do anything. A mod will move it. Just wanted to give you a heads up in case you suddenly don't see the thread here sometime. That's where it will probably have moved.

I want extended cuts for each film.

And not just the deleted scenes (from the special features) put back in.

I'd like to see that infamous 45-minutes of scenes removed from Order Of The Phoenix.

So a complete set is already confirmed? I know it's inevitable, but I have not heard anything about it.

I for one am looking forward to it, but I am not interested in any special collectors sets. I don't like paying double for props and trinkets that will just collect dust.

I have forced myself to hold off on buying HP movies since they started, waiting for the box set and now that it is close my wallet is starting to cry, but I will go through with it and tell myself it is worth it. I would like theatrical and extended editions, maybe a bonus disc for each movie, commentaries, video blogs, etc. And the packaging must be incredible. A Hogwarts castle, or a white tomb maybe? I cant think of too many ideas but I would rather it not be a trunk.

I've held out waiting for a complete set as well. I'm not really interested in elaborate packaging and replica props, just a nice solid uniform case with all the movies, extended cuts, extras, etc. and I will be happy.

I am thinking that the first seven HP's may be around 7 or 8 each by Christmas. That may be more attractive to me than a box set..... cause you know it's gonna be more than a hundred dollars... probably about 150.00. I do not have any of the HP blu's... been waiting on the box set... but if the singles get cheap enough.. I may do that. We will have to wait and see.

With the prices of a lot of the standard release BR's at $9.99 or $10.99 on amazon right now, I'm hard pressed. I haven't purchased any of the movies yet either assuming I would wait for the box set, but I'm not a bonus features kinda guy. If I can pick up "most" of the movies separately @ $9.99 on amazon (I'm a prime member so I get free shipping) I really don't know if I should just go start piecing the series together now while their on sale, or wait.

PS. I am definitely an "extended edition" kinda guy a la LOTR, so if there is extra content embedded into the movies, that is something I would at.
