Hoping it will be cheaper than the US release, it has dipped down to around $24 in the past but is $46 on Amazon at the moment.
If UK release is a decent price then it would be the perfect opportunity to upgrade both the DVDs of Firefly and Serenity in my collection.

I've never watched Firefly before, I guess I have no excuse not to once this is out!

Provided the price is decent then I'll definitely pick it up!

Took its time to come over here. Its nice to know if my for any reason I can not play my US disk set I can now replace it over here. Sadly I already imported it from the US (Region A and B) along time ago.

Awesome, can't wait for this. I was initially thinking of importing the US version but it would be too expensive with import duty.

I'm thinking they're gonna price it around £17.99 since it's just one season and it's pretty old-ish. Plus Amazon isn't known for being greedy

The week after Star Wars? Noooo!

Looks like this set has a new UK extra "FIREFLY REUNION - LUNCH WITH JOSS, NATHAN, ALAN AND RON" running at 24m3s. It was on the US boxset but has just been passed by the BBFC.

Now up for pre-order at Amazon, and insomniac013 guessed correctly, it is £17.99. For a 3-Disc Blu-ray set I think that's pretty reasonable.

I wonder how much this will work out as in US$ inc shipping, probably a lot more attractive than the current $46 on Amazon for the US release. Especially considering it will likely be region free too.

Seems to be exactly the same as the US release. What a shame, I was hoping for more extras. I'll stick to my US copy, it works here in the UK just fine.
