Just got an e-mail from Deep Discount telling me My order for Halloween shipped yesterday . I can't wait . I know it was to be released next tuesday ....But should have it on Sat ..Not sure how they can ship before release date ?

Not all online vendors worry too much about street dates....some of us have already had the Halloween BD for a week now due to that very reason

not always... sometimes they ship the weekend before

I think they either ship on or a day before release. I usually get my Blu Rays from amazon the Thursday after the release date

hmmm. i wish they'd ship it this weekend. i preordered Dracula, Dawn & Day of the Dead, Evil Dead 2, and Halloween. cant waaaait for Halloween

I received the same shipping email that the opening poster mention (mine was for the 3 videos I listed above). I had pre-ordered them at Amazon also but cancelled that order before I ordered from Deepdiscounts. It's only about $2 savings per video, but what the hey, it adds up. It's a good deal for someone just now ordering certainly.

You will have to let us know how Halloween looks. If it has the wrong color like some people say it has. I hope my local Blockbuster get's this since Netflix does not even have it comming out on Blu-Ray.

In case anyone was wondering after a very eventful rollincoastin' week; I've already seen actual copies of 75% of this week's Starz titles hiding from Dracula's shadow in some stores' backrooms.

I'm going to stop by Circuit City today to see if they have The Day After Tomorrow. Last week they had Underworld out a few days early. I don't know if Best Buy will have it out yet.

I hope you have better luck then I do at Circuit City.Everytime I see a movie a few days before release date,and I try to purchase it,the cashier tells me "Sorry I cant sell you this movie" Its always at Circuit City.Yet at Best Buy lots times I have found them breaking steet dates and I'm able to purchase there with no problems.
