Is the Blade Runner Ultimate Collectors Edition the one thats 5 disks, is it the dinfinitive version of the movei to buy?

You could just get the Complete Collector's Edition. It has all the same discs, just not the suitcase with the trinkets, and it's much, much cheaper.

Depends on what you mean by "definitive". It includes every cut of the movie, including the Final cut which is also available by itself. I, being me, like having access to the original theatrical cut, but the Final cut is better.

Just picked it up what would you guys say is the best cut of the film?

You should really watch all of them in release order and decide for yourself. I have a hard time watching the theatrical cut because of the voice-over, but I like all versions. My favorite is the Final Cut.

Final Cut as its what Ridley Scott originally intended.

Theatrical cut if you want the film to be faithful to the novel.
