QUESTION: Is it safe to say that all holiday BD release announcements have been made? - Blu-ray Forum

Yeah. Blu-ray's (and dvd's) can't be made in a day and then released tomorrow. It takes a couple of months, and the year is almost over.

According to paidgeek (from this forum) Sony has another ~20 titles unannounced for the rest of this year. 4th Q just started, so I'd expect quite a few more announcements all around (outside of Disney, apparently)... Not hundreds, but a 2-3 dozen more titles that we don't know about wouldn't surprise me.

Fox may have some
Warner should have some
Sony definitely has some (unless I misinterpreted what paidgeek said)

Weinstein may have something too, from all we've heard.

Though there's a couple solid ones the first week of January I know of.

Not sure... as the very likely rumor goes, we'll be getting Grindhouse (according to weinstein reps and many others).

I just looked it up... Clerks 2 IS Weinstein, not universal. So again, I ask: anyone know if Clerks 2 is coming to Blu?

Weinstein has not announced any HD releases

I know there are some potential releases cooking, a lot of magic things need to fall into place.
