Default Well, I got to see both BB and CC setups

I was at Best Buy today picking up Lethal Weapon and took a look at their BR display. I must say, the demo they played was pretty nice, at least for Chicken Little, but looked all right for Pirates of the Caribbean. Then I was at CC, and they were playing Ultraviolet on a 62 inch screen, which looked good, but the audio seemed a little out of synch. They had one player left, but I easily passed on it, especially when the sales man said the four movies are of their choice, not mine. Nice displays though, but I will definitely wait until the end of the year to get one, no matter how tempting it was.

Sounds like another clueless retail prick. Others have reported that they made their own decisions as to which four free movies they wanted.

i checked out circuit the other day and they had 50 first dates playing. it looks really good.

I saw the sign next to it that said four free movies, and it listed all of the first 6 titles as being eligable.

How you doing I am new to the site but Ihave been in retail for almost 6 years. I have worked for BB for most of that time but I have also spent some time with CC (recentlt) before goin back to BB. The four title being picked by the sales men/lady is total BS.

I like circuit city, if i didn't work at BB it'd probably be my next choice. They've become so much like BB but maintained a smaller box that is very comfortable to navigate through and they have a manageable customer base.
BB can get a little hectic at times =)

Hey whats up Brain what store you from I'm at store 436. I have worked at both I liked CC as far as a sells stand point goes but I like BB as far as a career opportunity goes. My experience at CC was not at all typical CC I was in the number one GEN C store in the company store 4121 and I helped to develop alot of the GEN C models.

I dunno working at best buy sucked imo. I worked at the 4th Barry Store, Store 132 in Marin City and it wasn't that great, even though we were ranked like top 10 in the company for just about the entire time i was there. Many of the Circuts i've been too are awful. I guess it just depends on what your looking for.
