Default Ghost diagonal lines with Wii component cables

I bought a Wii console to my son as a Xmas gift, first time when we played i thought i did something wrong with the settings because graphics and colors sucks, so i double check every conection and settings and everything was fine so quickly i look some information on the internet, and i realize that most Wii owners have to change compositive cables to component cables if you want a better graphic resolution(close to HD) and vivid colors, well i did it, and i been happy untill few days when i realize of some ghost diagonal lines appeared from the nowhere on my TV screen when i play any Wii game, it made me pissed off, and when i look for more information i learn that component cables have to be the official Wii brand to avoid any issues as the "ghost lines" i don't now how tru can be this (i have the Rocketfish brand component cables)

Please i really need help/advices, i want to enjoy Wii games with the best graphic resolution without any ghost lines

Also i been reading about some HDMI converter for Wii, i read lot of good reviews but also are some bad ones so im very confused and sad...what i have to do now?
