Default Sony introduces 2006 SXRD TV lineup

Quote:
Sony's press release today introduced 5 new SXRD television models ranging from 50-70". All accept 1080p inputs.

The 2005 SXRD line was a great tv with a phenomenal picture.

I was amazed that a "first gen" product could come out this strong, right out of the gate.

See? It can be done right when these companies feel like it!

Easily the best RPTV on the market right now hands down.

The only thing missing was accepting 1080P, so the 2006 series is good to go.

If I had the means and the space, I'd buy it right now, without hesitation.

Every person that I recommended these sets to that were in the market either called me personally or emailed me/PM'd me with "thank you thank you thank you!"

Just put some high quality HD on one of these bad boys (imagine football!) and come talk to me after you pick your jaw up off the floor and clean the drool!

Sony wants/needs a Trinitron successor and phenomenon. I personally believe these can be it for them.
