Where to buy the WHITE Dualshock 3? - Blu-ray Forum

Can anyone recommend an import site that will pre-sell the white Dualshock 3 controller besides Play-Asia (they are sold out)?

And does anyone else plan to get one this November?

I'm not sure if I'll be getting white or black or whatever, but I am definitely geeked for the Dualshock 3 to come out!! I'm a pretty big dude so it will be nice to have a controller with some weight to it.

I'd like to see one is PSX grey. That would be so retro. Is there an announce US price for these yet? I would love to pick one up.

I would imagine that we will finally see a price decrease in the original Sixaxis controllers and the new Dualshock 3 will probably retail at around $50-$60.

I wonder if they will announce a price and release date for these here on the 12th, as well as confirm the 40gig version with Spiderman 3. I personally didn't miss the rumble feature too much, but it's about time they did make a Dualshock 3 controller. I wonder what colors we'll get here in the states?

I would also like to see a factory created PS3 in a different color. I know you can have skins put on, but I prefer a professional job. I would buy white dulashocks if I had a white system. That would be sharp!

I believe the US is supposed to get the DS3 in March 08. It also wouldn’t surprise me if we just get it in black…

I think the same thing, Japan has this thing for white.

But at first I'd say Sony will only bring the BLACK one to the US market at first for production/availability reasons.

Holy freakin crap thats a long way off. I want my DS3 NOW!!

I might try to get a couple from overseas, but even with my extensive PS1/PS2/PS3 collection (many rpgs) ive never important japanese games or accesories. Is it going to be extremely expensive?

yesasia.com is charging $70 each. I think that is a tad much but I don’t know what other online import stores are charging.

The pricing I have seen for imported sixaxis's is about 50 the DS3 should be the same (I don't think Sony is charging more) so factor shipping costs and you should be able to get one for around 60 shipped.

Actually, i don´t miss the rumble feature... the controller is so airy without it...

but the Dualshock 3 is still alluring...

Honestly I would wait until a game site gets an imported one and tests it. I bet during one of these updates the rumble will be programed in to be ready day one with the controller when it comes out in the spring (heck Ratchet and Clank and Haze already have it). When someone can confirm this if the US one is not out I may import it.

I don't miss the rumble myself either, I am curious what the rumble will do to battery life. I imagine it will require charging your controllers alot more often.
