Is there a difference? All I know it's the 121min longest cut in the box.

Some extra scenes more gore etc. I doubt there are two version in France. About the packaging, is it one big box with 7 keepcases or is it a digistack (check Google for images)

Has anyone confirmed which version of Saw 3 was included? Hopefully the director's cut I know there is a director's cut and normal cut, both available seperately on Blu Ray in France!

In fact are all the Blu Rays within the collection, the Metro versions?

Regarding Saw VII/Saw 3D - I know there is a normal version and a Collector's edition in France, but which version is in the 1-7 box set? Anyone know?

I have the set. It doesn't say it's the Collector's Edition. Is there something I should look for to verify?

I believe that the Collector's edition has a lenticular slipcover, and I think I read somewhere that it also had two 3d versions, 3D like the normal version and red/blue 3D, and comes with those red/blue paper glasses. I could be mistaken about this though. It also seems that the CE has a big "3D" logo at the top of the spine, and the regular edition has the Blu-Ray logo. But both versions listed here has a slipcover, so I don't know what to think...

The listings here at Blu-ray.com...
CE
Regular.
Which of these two do you have? It seems that one is single disc, and the other is a two-disc set. Appreciate the help btw, as I'm thinking of maybe buying this set!

EDIT: The French slipcover list thread has a pic of the CE - http://i42.servimg.com/u/f42/11/12/00/55/dsc00040.jpg
Since your copy doesn't specify being the CE, I'm guessing it's not in the set...

Mine is the one on the right from the slipcover thread. And only one disc. No paper glasses. Not a lenticular cover. Definitely not the CE.

None of the cases in the set have individual slipcovers.

I'm leaning towards this collection but, can anyone advise: which would be the best box-set to get between the French, German and UK editions?

I looked into this very thoroughly before I bought mine. The French is by far the best. But it is Region B locked.

I have a B-locked and a Zone Free player so it's good. I appreciate the answer - I'll grab the French version. Thanks again movielib

One last question and then I'll quit lol: does the Saw 3-D disc contain both 2-D and 3-D versions of the movie?

Thanks again.
