Somebody should tell the guys to just release the BD version with DTS HDMA since all the stuff can't fit onto HD-DVD30.

Just in case you use a HDMI receiver with your 60GB PS3. This is the SACD/DVD set. Also sold seperately.

Just got my 83-98 box set in the mail tonight. Love the SACD tracks. Good thing we can import NTSC sets since the US gets CD only.

The tour was great. I will be picking anything related to this tour up. The setlist was great and I felt like I probably saw the band live for the last time.

I believe its supposed to be released on standard DVD, Blu-Ray, as well as HD-DVD, all on the same day.

Amazon UK has the standard DVD available for preorder (but no listing yet for hi-def.)

Also, still no listings yet for the US release, but it will probably come out around the same time as the UK.

Amazon UK still has it listed for a February 18, 2008 release, but its rumored to be delayed until March.

Anyway, can't wait to buy this!

On the inside of the CD jacket for the Live In Europe set, it says DVD, HD-DVD and BluRay in February 2008. They committed it to print so hopefully it will be that way.

indeed! i have the 1972 - 1982 set as well. be careful when you purchase. there is a crappy US release that features 5.1 DD surround rather than SACD.

check out www.acousticsounds.com -- great place to pick up SACD, DVD-A, DualDisc, and other formats.

You guys just made my xmas! I knew this was coming out on cd and dvd but until now hadn't seen any indication of a blu release. I'm pumped! I also have the 2 SACD box sets and they sound incredible. This concert should be stellar on blu- only wish they had played some of the "Stations" tunes in the tour. I guess Phil would have no part of that.

Forget ..Stations. I wish they had played something, anything, from Abacab. That was the strangest ommission. The played almost all of Invisible Touch.

Well, "Stations" tunes done with Phil would have brought something new to the deck here. I mean that set is mostly the same stuff they've done since the early 90's. So 2 of their last 3 releases (with the upcoming live cd) will have been live albums that do A LOT of backtracking. I won't be buying this one - only the bluray. I've been a diehard fan for 30 yrs. and it'll be the first cd I don't pick up.

Yeah, if this is true then it's gotta be the biggest blu disappointment ever. The dvd will be released this week and I haven't seen anything about a blu release. I may have to buy one final dvd.
