I'd love to have all of these on blu, but I bought the Universal set last year as a bday present to myself for 50 bucks. Can't argue with such a steal.

We definitely need "Vertigo" on blu and to have all these other great Hitchcock films on Blu and presented together would be a fantastic treat. Here's Hoping!

A Hitchcock collection is due before the end of the year, and its a fairly good bet that the sets will be the same.

Universal Press Release:

Im sure that the Hitchcock titles will be sold separately, at least I hope so. The Birds, Rear Window and Vertigo are the big 3 for me outside of Psycho. Maybe at some point we'll get Frenzy and others.

I'll answer your question with another question : Why would Universal bother to release brilliant set,such as this,only in Germany?
