I'm going to attempt to explain this, and hope someone can answer my confusing question:
I am setting up a home theater room with a television and projector. I have a splitter for the receiver that allows me to watch all devices I plug into it on either device. My question is can you do audio pass-through from one receiver to another? I want to use separate speakers for when we watch cable on the tv, because if we used the surround speakers, the primary speaker would be a side speaker of my 7.1 set up (the tv and projector are perpendicular.) Does that make sense and does anyone know if you can do that? Sorry for being as confusing as possible. |

I'm a friend of herzog's and spoke with him earlier, but I was not able to provide him with a solution. His setup will basically be all BD players, xbox, etc, into receiver A. Then from receiver A output, he will use an HDMI splitter to send a signal to a projector and a signal to the TV. He wants to know if it is possible to put receiver B right before the TV and then out of it into the TV. Is it possible for receiver B to pick up the audio if pass through or a similar feature is turned on on receiver A?
