Default How many Warner titles on HD DVD that are not on Blu-ray?

With the release of T3 I was wondering how many tiles Warner has not released on blu-ray but are on HD DVD? Please name the titles thanks.

Batman Begins*
Caddyshack
Casablanca *
Charlie And The Chocolate Factory
Constantine *
The Dukes Of Hazzard

The Matrix *
The Matrix Reloaded *
The Matrix: Revolutions *
Mutiny On The Bounty *
The Perfect Storm*
Poseidon
Smallville Season 5
V For Vendetta *
Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory
*Title that has been announced for blu-ray for 2008/early 2009.

Batman Begins and The Matrix are the only other two I can think of off the top of my head.

The Polar Express is one of Warner's "make-up" titles.

It's a great movie. I just watched it a few days ago.

what is the deal? Does Toshiba have an exclusive contract for those titles? It reminds of when Grand Theft Auto couldn't appear on xbox until months later.

I want Batman and Matrix! Those would top transformers if it were released tomorrow!

Speculation is that Warner didn't want to release them without the IME feature.

I had not done the research, but that REALLY SUCKS that Warner has that many more titles available on the other format (notice I won't even let the name of the other format cross my lips, it's so pathetic!) and not on Blu! I am thankful Warner supports Blu, but some of those titles listed, I would really love to have. Especially some of the old, classic titles...

I'm sure with IME and 1.1 profile that Warner will start unleashing these titles to BD... then they will see some REAL sales numbers!

My theory on that is that they used 300 as a test between the two formats.
I imagine that if Blu-Ray hadn't perfom the way it did, Warner might have switched side back then (from Neutral to Hd-DVD only).
Now with Q4 being watched, they might just be looking to do the oposite (from Neutral to Blu only).

Note that it is only my theory.

The more i see that list the more i question WB neutrality. How in Gods name is a BDA member pulling this off.
