Looks like we are getting a steelbook of Prometheus.

No Official artwork yet.

Price right now is 29.99 Euros

This does look pretty sweet, and that artwork is fantastic - I hope that it stays the same for the release. I was kinda hoping that the UK would get our own steel to be honest, so I'm hoping that that's announced closer to the time - if not, I'll have to make do with this one, which wouldn't be such a bad thing

Does anyone know for sure whether Amazon.fr deliver for free to UK addresses?

uk will get a steelbook for sure, they would be very stupid not to release one for such a huge film so i will wait for that

I was under the impression they were similar to Amazon.de. They seem to charge 7 euros flat fee and then however many you want but then again i think somebody said they do something different.

nope. its not flat rate.

amazon fr is about 7 euros for the first item and keeps increasing by roughly 2-4 euros for every other item you add.

the only amazon free to the UK is amazon UK lol

We rarely get one with 3D release though...the one and only was Immortals. Lets hope they break the pattern

Er yes it is a flat rate up to a weight limit - I think (it's reasonable as I hd AV equipment shipped at the same rate)

your right, its flat rate 6 euro now.

it never used to be though as i ordered all my french digibooks from there and would add extra shipping costs for each item, very happy its flat rate 6 euros now

I've ordered loads of stuff from from the .fr Amazon bit of their empire and never been charged more than 7 euro's (the old rate) and I never just order one thing just to make use of the single postage.

btw french sb are usually G1, and with printed banner on the front , so

Except neither of those links say we will have to double-dip again in six months. From everything Scott has says it will be the upcoming blu-ray release that will have the missing footage on (though it's never been confirmed it will be re-edited into the film - one website assumed that and others took it as confirmation of a director's cut - but I hope it is)

You are talking about WARNER Steels, as much as I know FOX Steels are G2!!!!!

I wouldn't have thought it would have been confirmed either way yet - they probably just grabbed the theatrical runtime to fill up the info gap on the page.

Ideally I'd love this to have a branching director's cut included but, as you say, we'll have to wait and see.
