Can anybody tell me if the New Release is an Uncut Version or just a Repackaged reboot of the Old Cut Version ? I checked the amazon.fr website and the wildsidevideo site but couldn't find any info?

I don't own those release (aiming for the US import with the first episode in black & white) but after reading the reviews,it seems that it still censored.
Here's a link(it's in french but scroll down and you'll see which scene has been censored).hope it helps.

The Review on Ecran Large is from July 2011, so it is definitely from the 1st Edition!
