Viva Las.... Germany

Chances are it's flat and 12 inches back into your television. Greedy SOBs praying on content hungry enthusiasts. Sickening, and should be stopped.

Blockbuster Entertainment is the release company. Do they make bad 3D titles? Or are you basing this prediction on other disappointments. Just asking to find out more about these films in 3D.

PAL only TVs. Not for NTSC 3DTV I see. This could be interesting 3D if done Imax 3D style. If not...

I don't think the PAL/NTSC applies to Blu-Rays (at least not HD content.. SD can still be in PAL or NTSC), so it should work.

With that said, here's the listing for it on Amazon Germany: http://www.amazon.de/Las-Vegas-3D-Bl...A3JWKAKR8XB7XF

14 reviews, all 1-star.

Based on the assumption that anything released from Germany is a POS conversion. Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice, shame on me. Burn the entire 3D community more times than I have fingers and toes, screw you and your conversions! lol

Until I see a game changer, I'm totally against German conversions.

Having said that, following Spider's link there definitely are 14 reviews, all in German of course, all 1 star. I started translating some of them using babylon. It looks like some of this may actually be in 3D but the majority of the 45 minute film is from the window of a car driving around the strip. They don't go in anywhere or share any details. More than one review said they thought this was done with a handheld camera and described the picture as extremely shaky.

For all we know they filmed it with a Bloggie LOL. And actually, that would be a step up from the GC's that have been pushed over the past year.

count me out - next!
