United Kingdom The Dark Knight Rises

The Dark Knight Rises Blu-ray

The Dark Knight Rises Blu-ray HMV SteelBook

The Dark Knight Trilogy Blu-ray

Christopher Nolan Director's Collection Blu-ray

The Dark Knight Rises will be released on 3/7/12 by Warner Bros. in the UK.

The US is a Blu-ray, DVD and Ultraviolet Combo Pack so the UK will likely be the same, and we will probably get a SteelBook release.

Feel free to chat about The Dark Knight Rises below, but remember to use spoiler tags for spoilers as there may be some people who haven't yet seen the film.

Thanks!

So when you have everything The Dark Knight related, you'll give yourself permission to die?

Anyway, I bet there will be tonnes of different releases; box set with the other two Nolan films, regular release, SteelBook, another SteelBook with the other films and probably a lenticular slip. You'll be spending an awful load of money there!

Best film this year and loved seeing it in IMAX.

Definite day one pre-order.

Saw this today, definitely one to buy I have some quibbles with the film but on the whole it was very good. Will probably sell my BB/TDK releases and just pick up the inevitable trilogy boxset.

Only second best film of the year for me (I did prefer The Avengers though only slightly), but still a phenomenal film and easily a Day 1 pre-order for me too.

Hoping for a slip that fits in with the re-releases of the other 2 (the white ones with a single character on the cover). Seeing as I bought those, despite already having a boxset.

Saw it in Imax, epic.

Though I think it's unlikely Warners will release TDKR in that white slip style (they'll undoubtedly go for more regular packaging) I do think it would be a nice compromise if they did it as a retailer exclusive.

Haven't picked up Begins or TDK, hoping for a great trilogy set.

You know sequels don't bother me, I'm not one of these people who complain about sequels, prequels or remakes but i really really really want them to leave the trilogy alone, for me perosnaly the ending was just perfect, I was in such a happy place about it in my head after the film (and still am)

I hope they stay true to their word and reboot the films now

And yeah def a day one preorder for me, I can't remember the last time i have been so excited about rewatching a film
